Over here the fuzz is not about getting new stuff up... it's just getting stuff up.
Some times it's extremely irritating, I mean, I had to tell my mom to cancel the cable package that had jetix, I wanted ninja turtles season three, but nooooooooooo, seriously, they were by season 4 in Usa I think. You know, since that was the only show I liked about them.
Canada gets things a bit late as well, though, if you have satellite or cable and can afford the major 'specialty' channels as they're called (they're just local American channels xD nothing special about them!) we can see some things at the same time they're originally aired. Though, by the looks of it and what station it was on it may not have even came here. o_o and if it did, they don't usually show repeats of such short series.
Nuuu T_T *sigh* It is irritating, but I guess for you they have to go through the process of translation a lot of the time too right? so it takes a bit longer. We just have to go through all the legal stuff, and it's usually aired 6 months later in an all day marathon, then repeated throughout the week.
I understand taking a year for new episodes, but 3 or more?...
Now cartoon network, they take a fair year, sometimes two, but they are reasonable, and make a huge deal about "FIVE NEW EPISODES!".
Hey, five is five. At least it's not a re-run. It's a monthly thing I think.
The ben 10 alien force omnitrix toy got here a year before the series aired, that was odd.
Yeah if there's a lag in new episodes airing we often get that "BACK 2 BACK MARATHON!" to catch up, or at least satisfy us until the next airing for another marathon a month later.
That.. is very odd o_o
